Your Satisfaction is our Guarantee. If you are not happy we are not happy and insist you return your item. We will provide a full refund 30 days after item has been delivered. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order.
- Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or refunds unless we have sent the wrong size or item.
If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization form and shipping label. We must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Your return must be in new unused condition.
Custom products (apparel, t-shirts, mugs, pillows, ect) and used liquidities (tumblers, flasks, whiskey stones, ect.) are non returnable due to health regulations and the custom nature of the product. Items in the Stockroom are non-returnable and all sales are final.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
You may only cancel your order via telephone up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. We may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.
In the event of partial orders, we will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
